Ty was especially helpful when I was most frustrated (car issues; late; missing admin meetings). I was reaching out for guidance on how to navigate the process to get appropriate help. He provided me with the AAA number (now saved in my phone) and assured me on the process that would follow at Baxter. Justin was great. Only thing that bothered me today was some other guy who ran out and yelled at me to stop when I was leaving. I couldn’t pull straight out as they had my truck wedged in behind another car, so as I backed out and tried to go around out the middle door, another customer arrived then the door I was going to depart out of. I was creeping out thinking she was gonna keep pulling forward so I could get out behind, but she stopped. That’s when other guy yelled at me and ran in front of my truck. I guess he thought I was an idiot or something and was just going to plow into this other gal? Had glasses and a beard I think. Otherwise great.
