They replaced the fuel pump in my tundra, and the mechanic got gasoline, evidently somewhere on the driver seat in the pick up and then they tried to cover it up with perfume, and by the time I got back to Beatrice, it started becoming more evident that it was gasoline. When I arrive back home two hours later, it was definitely a gasoline smell so no I think your service **** and I’ve been spending another hour out here cleaning and scrubbing everything on the driver side to see if I can get rid of the gasoline smell thank you very much

No one came to tell me they were done with my car. No one explained to me what they did for the recall or how they did it. Some person told me they were going to do the back camera. But I wanted to know what they did!!!And you did not put my keys where I could find them. I didn’t find my keys until 830 at night!!
I was very disappointed
Today is my birthday. For my birthday Baxter called me and told me my Camry was ready 3 days before it was supposed to be. I delayed my birthday dinner to come pick up my car before the dealership closed. I paid in full for the service. Imagine my surprise when I went out to the ‘A’ section of the side lot to find a wide trail of oil leading to where my car was parked over a puddle of oil. Worst birthday surprise in 56 years. I just paid more than $5100 to have your representative hand me the keys to my car in worse shape than I left it at the dealership. I don’t know who hates me there who thought this would be amusing, but this is possibly the worst auto experience I’ve ever had from any dealer which is sorely disappointing after the years we’ve trusted Toyota.
Friendly and courteous service. When I mentioned i purchased my tires at Costco the rep said they can rotate my tires for free when needed. Now that's honest service!
