Trevor was the best. He listened, didn’t try to up sell, was conscientious of the long game for my truck. All customer service folks need to learn from him. Do what you have to do to keep him!

We took our Nissan to the dealership at the same time we took our Camry to the dealership. What a difference! Baxter Toyota was great! Very friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. Communication was great. Nissan did provide a car wash and Toyota did not but I can wash my own car. Great job Baxter, we will be back.

I had asked prior to the appointment if getting the vehicle washed was a possibility. I was told that it was and it was no problem to get it washed after the service. The vehicle was not washed. To me, this is a small courtesy and readily available at most dealerships.

Jared is always accommodating. He's always very patient. He's very thorough and you can tell how genuine he is. Because when he comes to tell you additional maintenance or if you have any concerns and want. I talk more about some of those additional maintenance. He sits down and takes whatever time you need to thoroughly go through explanations understandings. And he's willing to help out in any way to get the best service for his client.I always appreciate having him to work with. I know I can always trust to come back for any additional needs. And then I have a honest helpful person to care for me and my car's needs. Thank you so much. And let's not forget the amenities you offer, make the long wait. Pleasant inviting and satisfying. And your bathrooms always are very clean and smell.Good.That says a lot about a company.
