Michael Sowders spent time with me explaining critical maintenance finds which need to be addressed. We went out to FJ, and Michael showed me what they looked like or where they were even if I could not see them. He also gave me his business card for additional questions if I need so.

Trevor was a great service advisor to work with! He did a great job of explaining the details of my car report with me and I felt that he was very thoughtful and considerate when he would update me about the status of my car. This made me feel that Toyota really cares about providing an excellent experience for their customers. Trevor also corrected my charge when he realized he left out my prepaid maintenance credit. Even though my service was not long I was still able to see Trevor’s trustworthy integrity, kind customer service, and excellent approach to explain the maintenance details. Trevor deserves the recognition!
