I felt 2.5 hours to perform an oil change with tire rotation replace a cabin air filter and do a couple of tire repairs seemed a little excessive.

When I brought my car in, I was told it would take an hour. After 1hour and 40 minutes, I went to check on the delay. No explanation or apology was given. I understand delays happen, but a customer should be kept informed and an apology should be offered for the inconvenience.

The person who helped me before I left the shop today was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her a question and she answered me as if I were a huge idiot. I do not appreciate her tone and unprofessionalism.
