Had booked the service appointment for 10K mile and only oil change was performed. No tier rotation, Air filter change etc. There is a long list of items on the 10K mile service that are mentioned online in the details.

I like the way Ty Beel took time to explain what was wrong with my car even after he sent the analysis report which included pictures. He also took the time to order the rim so I can get it changed as soon as possible.

I usually receive text messages with updates with vehicle readiness so I went back to the service area drop off point and noticed my vehicle was just sitting there but I had no notifications to come get it. I waited another 10 minutes before the girl I worked with was ready to check me out. She was helping another customer who came in after me and it just seemed like my service got delayed and I had somewhere else I needed to be not long after so getting my vehicle 10-20 minutes earlier would have really helped. Basically, I didn’t want to be there longer than I needed to and my services could have been wrapped up first before she helped the next person.
