Stephanie was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The Camry I brought in for service was going to be a nice trip car for me and my wife. My wife unfortunately got cancer and we had to stay close to home for her care. She passed away this year in 2024. I want to thank Stephanie for being such a great person and a wonderful smile that I needed during this very tough time. Keep up the wonderful work Stephanie!!!

Not satisfied with the Headlamp light installation. It should be fairly an easy job if taken care by the certified technician. To my surprise the Service Manager was involved in changing the bulbs by himself and the switch connector was not installed and locked in the correct position on the driver side. I have to come back and informed the service advisor about this. She tried and didn't have an idea what she's doing. I have to show her what the correct installation was. We are paying the labor to get the job rightly done. The bulbs should have been changed by the certified technician in the Shop at th same time when the vehicle breaks have been tested. Instead the job was down by the Manager in the visitors checkin/checkout bay area. The service Manager may be qualified to do the job but didn't do it correctly.

Service sheet states : Milege 59575 My car states mileage is : 64625 Also service sheet stated Fuel Level was empty. Never has been empty. How could I drive car if it was empty Everyone was very pleasant. Just paperwork I am concerned about

I brought this vehicle in 2 times. The first time the wrong parts were ordered. The second time, it was supposed to be fixed. The drivers windshield washer is still not working.

I wasn’t ever called back when my vehicle was completed. I waited almost 2.5 hours and finally had to go ask when my vehicle would be finished. The person who helped me at that time told me the car was completed and brought it around for me.

Erin went well out of her way to ask the mechanic to look at a minor bumper repair that prevented me from washing my car at machine operated car wash. It was repaired with a grommet for $1.79.
