I approved a service that was recommended but my approval didn’t go through the text. I wanted to get the service done but was told an extra 45 minutes. Then when trying to leave the garage 3 unoccupied vehicles were blocking me. Waited but no one helped. Had to back out of garage after finally a service person told me “put it in reverse and back out”. My service up until now has been good. Not today. Service department needs to come to customer in person rather than text. Bad system.

My husband called to setup the appointment to get new tires with sale going on. Then assumed that Baxter would look up type of tires we had & get them ordered, if not in stock. When I came with van to appt., it was realized the needed tires were not on hand, implying it was my husband’s responsibility to have known to ask them to be ordered. We rescheduled the appointment for two days later after tires were received. From that point on, installation & alignment seem to go well.

I asked them to leave my keys in my car. I live on the other side of town 40 minutes away from your location. I got a ride all the way over for no reason with my toddler to find my car locked He's not left in there like I had asked. I am very frustrated.

3 different people in the waiting room all got texts at the same time saying cars needed tires and alignment. Our car has brand new tires on it and is not in need of an alignment. No wonder dealerships are know as stealerships. Wonder how many older unsuspecting people get taken by this practice. Young lady that checked us in did a great job.
