I was ready to pay for services when Brae said, “Wait, I have someone else’s ticket up on computer”, and she called to someone in the waiting room to check them out first. Plus, I tried calling and left messages to see if car was done but didn’t hear back until I received a text it was ready about 45 minutes later. I had declined a large estimated fix on my car so I’m guessing she didn’t get as big of a commission as she wanted.

Asked for tires to be checked. When it was ready he didn’t know what they found while checking the car out and didn’t call back to the mechanic that worked on car to see if tires were even checked. The documentation on the bill doesn’t say anything about tires. Last time I had the car in the rep said the tires probably would need to be replaced. I was very disappointed today. We’ve been coming to Baxter for 10 years purchased 2 RAV4’s here——what’s going on? The service has never been this laxidazical.
