Quick, great service.

My name is NOT "Kristine"! How many more times do I have to tell you!? MY name is KRISTI -!! There's NO "eeen" sound at the end. Fix it, damnit. Or next time I take our 2024 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid into the service department and then receive a "survey" like this one, well guess what. I'm gonna rip Toyota up,one side one paper,fore forth front surface face, front and center - flip it! And there, the rear side too, full! The whhhoole enchilada, both sides, front n' back, twice the space, and when I'm done cramming more n' more brown colored font til past full, it will be a hulking brown bulge overspilling enuff to fill a blimp, that's how much I will write-send you a loaded 1-ton truck full of every complaint I can come up with. As you can well see here, my pen and I aren't shy, quite the opposite. Everyone that knows me for my extended writing, they try not to message me cuz it means I'll message back and to them that means they're frozen in time, can't pass Go unless or until they've read to the monstrous size-of a-landfill complaint aside from couple of others at the same time to the tune of CHANGE MY **** NAME TO CORRECTLY SAY KRISTI an in Kristi C. Meyer, NOT KRISTINE!! Gaaawd already.

We have a light on after the oil change so we have to bring it back in before we can leave on vacation. Otherwise the service was fine.

Ty is straight forward and professional with a calm speaking tone.

Service never answers the phone and rarely returns messages. It took months to get this issue resolved and I had to show up and raise hell in person just to get someone to do their job. It is not a secret and other employees joke about how they never answer, this leads me to believe it is a management issue.

The service was fast and I was always informed by text of status and complete.
