I was not clear on how the online appointments worked; thought I was scheduled for an oil change but my service schedule has been off since we bought the car. Erin was very helpful in getting the car back to the tech and they got the oil change done. My wait was longer than expected but because I drive 70 miles to get to the dealership, she save me another 140 miles of driving and I very much appreciate her and the tech for completing the work today!

I really appreciate that Angie takes time to explain things in ways that I will understand. I’ve noticed that even when I give her answers that are probably super unrealistic or just stupid, she never gives away any indication that it was a stupid answer. She never makes me feel like I’m asking a stupid question either. She makes me feel very comfortable and heard!
