The service was absolutely great!! I love the way they greet you immediately when you pull in. He did the car check and let me know exactly what he checked and what he found and exactly what it will cost. It’s my choice to say yes or no. It’s a pleasure to take my Highlander there. They have always done an excellent job.

I received a schedule date right away when I called. Michael meet me when I arrived for for service. I had a coupon that he noticed and I gave it to him I received updates on my service and multipoint checkup while zi eas waiting. Michael came and said my vehicle was ready and ask me if I had any questions. My inspection was good no problems. Michael also had my Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid washed at my request. I was very satisfied with the service????????????

I needed a new battery for my remote, paid eight dollars for it plus tax got home and the light came on stating I needed the battery replaced and to see the dealership. The oil change tire rotation was satisfactory. I was just hoping the remote would’ve been taken care of

Last 3 - 4 previous oil changes and tire rotation my invoice averaged $75, today I was charged $131. Seems to be a unrealistic increase since my previous service in November 2024.

ANGIE was great from when I brought my car in she was able to help me get a technician to help put up my wimdow up. And was able to see me earlier then planned to put the part in my car as well.Thank you Angie for your help!

There was a bit of confusion regarding the service I was there for. She also didn't look to see if I had a warrant or package and I was almost charged for my service and I was miss quoted for future services. The women who helped me check out was great though and explained everything!
