I was satisfied and Stephanie was a little rude when I produced a coupon at payment. I didn't see the fine pri t that it was supposed to be presented prior to service and I have purchased several vehicles and got them serviced at Baxter that I thought the reaction was slightly ridiculous.

Angie Skyrdlant consistently provides great service and input, and explains things that Steve (or another tech) looked at. What my husband and I really appreciate is that if there's a sale or coupon on my warranty, she points it out. She doesn't wait for me to ask. That tells me she's looking out for me and my budget and she wants me to be a longtime customer. Pointing out a free car wash for my visit was a nice surprise. Angie is my go-to service advisor whenever I visit Baxter Toyota.
