Michael did everything he could do to help make the situation the best it could be. I dropped my vehicle off at 9am and said I needed it to pick kids up at 3pm. I left and explected it before 3pm which they said was possible. Arrived at 245 (after no phone call with an update) and found out I was unable to take my vehicle so they put me in a rental. Had to go back later to get my vehicle and return the rental. Time consuming and inconvenient.

I ask her to give me a estimate to replace my passenger side mirror and I don’t have any answers I ask when my car was done and she said she forgot.

Michael went above and beyond to get our vehicle fixed within our short time frame. My son is traveling out of state for six months and these repairs needed to be done prior to him leaving. The communication was excellent and service completed ahead of schedule. Great job!

The first time I made this appointment they ordered the wrong part. When booking my recent appointment, the man on the phone said it would take a half an hour. I thought I would be safe and allowed an hour before my next meeting. After AN HOUR AND HALF ( and I could see my car was done and in the bay) I had to ask that my bill be processed so I could leave. I finally got to leave 15 minutes later. So I was there an hour and 45 minutes. I thought you were woefully understaffed or inefficient with my time.
