This is my third and final dealing with Baxter, Toyota. I explained the bad history with Toyota to Matt yesterday. This third experience, (three weeks total, of my car being in the shop and two botched repairs that had to be re-repaired) was by far the worst. Poor customer service, and even worse workmanship.

Baxter not standing behind their Toyota product when an obviously faulty part is on the vehicles they sell is beyond disappointing. The part replaced today, the driver seat plastic shroud that surrounds the seat adjustment control buttons, has been replaced twice now. I was charged full retail price and excessive labor fees to install this faulty part for a Second time and there is NO FIX suggested to stop this from happening again in the future. Horrific service that I will certainly be spreading the word to all that will listen about how the Baxter dealerships sell and service sub part trash products that don’t last… Disappointed!!!

I appreciate that you take the time to look over the vehicle and post a video as you go to show the customer what is right or what needs attention. Baxter has done a great service job on my tundra and would recommend Baxter of Lincoln to everyone.
