Erin did a great job explaining what my car needed. I thought 1.5 hours was longer than expected for a tire rotation but didn’t see any one goofing off

AGAIN I went in for an oil change and new sensors for my tire pressure. Left 6,000.00 plus in debt and was told to go somewhere else for my tire sensors. I still believe you up sale until your customers bleed and still sleep great at night. Owning a Toyota and having her be treated at the dealership use to be something to be proud of. Now, it’s embarrassing-everyone knows you got ripped off and they are right. You don’t even clean the windows or vacuum any more. Total embarrassment and I won’t be back.
