I said they’re 30 minutes after my vehicle was ready because nobody came and told me yes I got a text, but I thought that was just saying what they did not come and pick up your vehicle rude

After one or more of your employees unplugged the dash camera in our Tacoma, they took it for an Unauthorized 45 mile Joy ride & then Attempted to cover their actions by refueling the truck to the level it was when dropped off. 1. I wrote the milage down when I dropped it off & checked it when I picked it back up. Plus I Always check the fuel mileage with EVERY tank of fuel. We were 100% Violated & will be in contact with law enforcement in regards to this matter.

Jared Pospisil was extremely easy to work with and understanding of my situation. He ordered what was needed on Tuesday, called to let me know Wednesday that the part was there and made an appointment for me to have the part installed today(Thursday) because we are leaving Saturday to attend our grandson’s graduation in Californian. Jared is an excellent ambassador for the dealership.
