During the recall repair on the battery something must have gone wrong. My car was working fine and now it is difficult to start. When I called back after my first stop I was told they were closing soon and I could bring it back Monday. I live out of town and will have to miss work for this additional repair I was not expecting. I originally brought my car in just a simple oil change and didn’t plan on additional trips for repairs needed because of work done at Toyota

Had an appointment at 1:45 pm for an oil change. I did not receive the multipoint inspection and the technicians additional recommendations until just about 2 hours later. It has never taken this long before, ever. We did accept the technicians additional fixes, which took longer, but was expected given the type of fixes. I’ve been in many times before and never had a repairs take a few hours. I don’t know if Baxter had less technicians on staff today. Or if additional repairs came up during the initial scheduled repair. Transparency goes a long way. My wife, and I, could have planned our evening much better if someone would have told us things were falling way behind schedule. And we would have more respect for the team as they were probably trying to catch up with all the work.

When I stopped by on a whim I happened to get my car serviced and I was on my way within a matter of two short hours rather than make an appointment at a later date which would have required an additional 60 mile round trip for me for service. I didn’t expect immediate service, but I greatly appreciated it. Thank you

Ty does such a good job! He communicates well with his customers and keeps them informed throughout the service work’. He is very knowledgeable of the work being done and shares that knowledge with the customers to help them to also know and understand what is being done. I feel good knowing Ty is working with me!!

No malfunction notices, but the cruise control did stop functioning once. I didn't reset the computer, but I got it to work again by simply turning the engine off and back on.
