I was impressed with the efficiency of service. I was very glad Ty offered me a brand new car for to drive home while my car was being serviced. Last time I drove in two cars in one day interval. On the first day, they requested uber for me and that got me pissed. I went home believing Baxter Toyota Lincoln does not offer substitute cars. I was surprised when Ty loaned me a new car. I think mistrust was used as factor to make judgement of me in my first experience. Ty was very friendly too. Thank you.
