Michael always takes care of me. The parts computer was down last Friday when I checked in the car. Would have appreciated a call Monday morning to confirm total price before the work was completed, but we worked through that detail.

Michael was very helpful. He seemed to have his hands full though with hardly any other service advisors around today. My work seemed to get done promptly today, so I had no complaints. It did seem to take a long time for the part to come in to finish the repair Today. That may have been out of your control, but I originally brought the car in over two weeks ago and apart needed to be ordered, so I was surprised it took this long for it to come in so they could complete the repair. Maybe that was a supply chain issue That was out of your control.

I was disappointed by how strongly the advisor pushed me to replace tires that still have life left. Really felt more like a sales pitch rather than elptul, respectiul service advice. 3 tires were in good condition one wa inning low and needed to be replaced in the near future but I wa oressured into buying new tires immediately.

I've worked with several Baxter service advisors during my years as a Toyota owner. All of the previous advisors provided excellent service. Brae is an exemplar of excellence in auto service. She is organized, she is helpful, she does what she says she's going to do. She is courteous, patient, and kind. I appreciate the investment that Baxter makes in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising excellent public-facing employees.
