I really appreciate that on two different occasions these past two weeks, Jared accommodated our schedule to get our car in while we were in Lincoln. Since we live outside of Lincoln and are not there regularly, these saved us hours of travel time. Our service was fast and friendly!

I’ve been taking my car here for the past two years, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Ty greeted me promptly upon arrival and made the check-in process easy. I received a detailed report and a video overview of my car’s condition, which added a nice touch of transparency. Overall, it’s always a great experience—professional, thorough, and reliable. I was disappointed that the parts were not available / ordered when I arrived for my appointment. They did find a substitute part and gave me a significant discount for my inconvenience which I am grateful for.

Was super quick with getting my car done in a timely manner. Oil changed, tires rotated, and break fluid replaced. I like how if you have something that needs attention but you were unaware of it they recommend you to get it fixed/cared for so you can avoid future issues with your vehicle. I highly recommend BaxterToyota.

Very fast for I was waiting in the lobby for the tech to finish. I was having my brake fluid, plus oil, filters changed and only toke an hour!! Love the service department.
