I was satisfied but my car is still not completely cooling. I still think that the problem remains even though the tech said that there was not a problem with the cooling system. Yesterday the air conditioning would not start unless I “hit” the area under the glove compartment so I think the problem is there. I know there is a problem with the coolant but this is might be a separate issue

On Monday (072825), I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and appreciated the timely service, clear communication, and the added perks of a multi-point inspection and complimentary car wash. Erin was professional, personable, and helpful throughout. The waiting area was peaceful, and overall, I had a positive experience. Just two small suggestions: 1. I didn’t realize for two years that a car wash was included with service. It’s a great benefit and would be even better if offered during check-in, rather than needing to request it. 2. After the car wash, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor inside the vehicle. Erin kindly checked and confirmed the smell, suggesting it might be from mold in the car wash system. If so, it might be worth a quick inspection. Thank you again to Erin and the technician for their excellent service today. – Danette M
