Good visit. I wasn’t aware that communications of items reaching critical stage were related only through the text message report. Suggest that the service advisor remind customer to watch for this ‘ vehicle report’ text in order to keep the technician efficient, not having to wait significant time to release the car to the advisor’s follow up.

Was satisfied but also not. I feel like nothing was communicated with me at all during the entire thing. I had to ask for info when picking up the vehicle because I knew absolutely nothing. A phone call explaining things to me would have been better than a vague text.

Service was good , knowledgeable, loaner car is a plus, would have been nice to get a discount since I have Baxter do all the service on our 2 Toyotas. As a valued customer program.
