Michael was kind and professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in an accessible way, giving me options without pressuring me. I was surprised and impressed by this.
My appointment was at 6:45. I was told it was “next in line at 8:24 and “in the air” at 8:32. Why have an appointment if it gets serviced nearly 2 hours after appointment time. I was not told there would be delays and had to reschedule my morning meetings.
They do a good job and never have to wait very long.

Toyota has a flaw in its software and unable to fix when we brought in the vehicle over 2 weeks ago. There has been no follow up to let us know where things stand. In addition, when I was voicing my concerns to Michael he was condescending to me (I am a female). He kept saying trust me and talking down to me. The tone of voice and words that were used are unacceptable. How can I trust someone with this attitude, who did not listen to the whole complaint before interrupting me? BTW - this was a brand new vehicle that I for one week. Also, I had paid for the dent insurance and there is a dent in the door. I asked for it to be taken care of and it wasn’t. Now, I have to find time in my schedule, call and make another trip. I am wondering if I made a mistake by buying the vehicle from Baxter.

Our vehicle has a kick sensor issue that is draining our battery and leaving us stranded several places. I took my vehicle in to get it serviced and get this sensor disconnected so we no longer have this issue because I am not paying $5300 to fix a kick sensor that we do not use. I was told the vehicle was done and ready to take home and when I arrived, they told me They spent several days trying to get it warranty and fixed and instead of disconnecting it they sent me home with the van in the same condition as previously. We have a newborn in the hospital and this is the last item I want to deal with. I was told I will receive a phone call to walk me through how to disconnect it myself.This is unacceptable and poor service in my opinion.
Pretty much pleased with service with everyone. Cost wise, since I am on everyone tight budget. Brad was great explaining everything.
