Service didn’t hook up the radiator hose after my coolant service. My truck overheated and was disabled on the side of the road. Had to catch an Uber to meet my wife. Left my keys in my truck and hopefully it got towed back to Baxter. Service manager didn’t really take ownership so really disappointed. No real solutions have been offered.

Brae did a great job. No issues with her at all. She was very professional and pleasant. I just feel a $130 test for a loose/dirty gas cap is excessive. If that is a possible issue with the car it should be able to be determined with a much cheaper test to eliminate that possibility or different sensor on the car as opposed to a check engine light. Again Brae did great work and was very helpful.

It’s important to note that the staff at Baxter Toyota in Lincoln Nebraska did a great job, and I have no complaints where they are concerned. My gripe is with Toyota. For a company that is out of Japan where Technology is practically a given, it really is disappointing to me that Toyota can’t or rather won’t provide an upgrade to the Radio that is factory. That should’ve been some thing where they were notifying me to upgrade from time to time and never bothered. I will choose to not promote a Toyota product to anyone for that reason.
