Last time he did not fixed rear tire driver side he just put a plastic tie I told him today please put the scew was not fixed also did not changed the sticker I treveld 40miles back and forth

Mike, Evan and the guy in the service maintenance area who work on my SUV WAS AWESOME! My vehicle was in good hands with Evan and Mike. They were professional, they gave me updates on my vehicle, plus they care about me and my safety in my vehicle. I really appreciate you for having an excellent service department with people who enjoy their job. Thank you Evan and Mike????

Usually, I am completely satisfied. This time I was told I needed have my tires rotated and balanced. Then when I went to pay, I was told I would need new tires before winter. If tires are needed, the rotation and balancing was for nothing. It seems that could have waited a few months, and doing it now was for nothing and a waste of money.

Left our battery to our car sit outside in the Bay Area for a long time. My husband told them it still sitting out there for a long time. Husband told me it not organized there. He had to wait for ever for a new battery and see if old battery was any good. And other customers were asking about their vehicles. They had been waiting a long time. Need to get more organize.
