Vehicle not fixed, just said the rear 360 camera on 2024 Tacoma’s are all poor quality. “ Douglas, this is Bryce at Legends Toyota. The camera quality (while we do agree, is grainy) is exactly the same as other 2023's. We compared it to the same body style and equipement taco and 4Runner. They are identical. It’s unfortunately just a characteristic of the vehicle. It’s ready for pickup at your convenience.” This not a satisfactory response and does nothing to address a safety hazard.

I can't really say for Evan, he wasn't there when I picked up my truck so we didn't get to talk. I am curious about the rather rude text I received,I'm sure u have records of. This is the 2nd time I've been in for the same reason and not convinced it's fixed still, I won't know until I take it for a long run. Iam however getting the feeling I'm not wanted as a customer since my last few visits haven't been all that great, I kind of told my driver that brought me in for pick up and showed him that text. I haven't really complained yet, I'm not sure if it's time to quit going to legends. That's all for now I hate texting lol

Evan was great to work with! I got a loaner vehicle while my sub was being replaced along with regular maintenance. I feel the work was done in a timely manner and they worked with my schedule since it is not a normal 9-5. Thanks!

Your service representative promised me a pick up truck as a loaner vehicle if it all possible. Instead got a RAV4. It was OK but not preferable. The dealership had an opportunity to gain a lifelong customer for service however because the manager could not comprehend the significance of my request for the “good deal on tires“ that was supposed to take place in October (7 days from now)for me to buy tires while you had my Toyota for repair. I will buy tires instead from the Chevrolet dealer in Atchison or the Ford dealer in Leavenworth and shift, my servicing needs to wherever I get the tires from. The manager‘s decision was shortsighted. On a positive note, Evan was very professional keeping me informed every step of the was. The military discount was much appreciated.

The wait was 2 hours and 45 mins for oil change and tire rotation and balance. 11:45 to 2:25 However, Bryce was fantastic. First guy who explained some things I did not know
