I was completely satisfied with the service advisor that helped me with getting the service I requested with my 11 Lexus ES350. The only thing didn’t agree with in order to get the brakes checked was to get a tire rotation. I informed Kyle that in the past when doing the multi point inspection they would check my brakes to see if the need to be replaced. He informed me that the only way is to get the tire rotation done. And I wasn’t satisfied with that.

I walked in without an appointment just to get an estimate about the work that needed to be done to my car. Evan was professional and friendly and arranged to have my car work done immediately. I can’t ask for any more than that.

Kyle was very professional with me. He told me the service would take 2-4 hours. My appointment was at 11:00. About 3:30 Kyle gave me the option to take my car home and return it on another day, OR leave it overnight. I left it overnight. My only problem with Kyle was that he was off work the next day. So, I had no contact person. After waiting all morning to hear from Kyle, I decided to call. The woman I talked to told me Kyle was off, but she would check on the status. After being on hold for several minutes, she told me tha a supervisor or someone up the chain would call me. No one called, but I did receive a text that my vehicle was ready. My wife dropped me off. I found a nice young man who retrieved my car. I just wish I knew Kyle would have not been there and someone had personally contacted me. My wife and I had to make unnecessary trips to the dealership.

He listened to me. Didn’t sell me additional things. Took care of what was needed. Gave me a heads up on pricey maintenance coming up - super grateful so I can budget. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, encouraging, and service was quicker than I expected! I am unpleasantly shocked at how my $19 oil change has morphed into $100. And balance & rotate is more yet.
