It took several days to get the appointment in the first place, and when I got there, I learned that I will have to come back again because 1 of the issues was unable to be resolved. I don’t know why this wasn’t identified ahead of time. Because of the time it took to make the appointment, I was without a vehicle for several days. The appointment took much longer than I was told. The new tire and the wheel weren’t even wiped clean. I am supposed to get a call Monday or Tuesday to finish this warranty claim. Right now I am definitely regretting purchasing this because the communication in the process has been lacking.

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my oil change to be completed. I was told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment. I understand that things happen, but it through off my whole day and no one communicated to me that it was going to take longer than expected.
