When I picked up my vehicle, the washer fluid light came on. Is that not part of the inspection? Are fluids not typed off if they are low? Very disappointing!

The service and technician was very professional and explained everything and answered all my questions. My only complaint was the total cost was much greater than I expected and feel that the rates are too high.

Part of my big shield was broken off during the service. The representative stated that he would contact with the details about when the part would be replaced. I have not been contacted. Please have the service manager contact me.
