I imagine the oil change entire rotation is just fine. I specifically asked while they were doing the tire rotation and filling the tires with air that they fill my spare tire. The lights been on for a period of time and it's difficult for me to climb under the car. It wasn't done, and the oil change reminder wasn't reset. I realize these are small things, sometimes the small things matter

Well lots of employees standing around. I had a 10 am appointment but sat parked outside service at bay. Employees stood visiting instead of moving cars. I could see my car waiting to be picked up but the employees were too busy visiting. During check of my car engine filter needs replacing but I didn’t receive the online form until after I left. Would have thought someone could have asked me. My husband will try and change now. Seemed to me lots of employees having to good a time to take care of business. Wonder why I come to Toyota for mediocre service
