He got us a shuttle to Legens so we didn’t have to hang out in the waiting room for two hours. I had two issues that required two diagnoses charges. When one of the issues was just a disconnected plug he only charged me for one. I was expecting to spend a few thousand dollars on repairs but only had to pay $111.

When I dropped my car off at 8:49, I told the service adviser that I would be waiting in the waiting area while my car was being serviced. As it turned out, it was ready for pick up at 9:40, but I didn't know it was ready until I went to the service counter to check on it at 10:30 and saw it sitting in the garage. The service adviser said he called me twice, but I never heard him. Maybe he should have checked harder.

I asked that it be put in my record that I have had numerous times where the car either would not start when I hit the power button and also would not turn off. And then the day I brought it in. It actually asked that I put the key fob Against the start button and then it started that way. For comments it only spoke about the one time which was today when the message on the dash was to put the key fob next to the start button. But in actuality I’ve had trouble 10 to 12 times since I bought the car. I just want that to be accurately reflected in the record. Aside from that, Michael was very nice, very helpful, and showed me how to change some thing on my dashboard. Again, I would like the record to reflect that I said I’ve had trouble 10 to 12 times with the start and power off button.

It took an hour and fifteen minutes to complete an oil change and tire rotation. This is the first time it has ever taken this long. Also the text record of my vehicle inspection never came through, I did receive a text telling me that my vehicle had been checked in. Otherwise the waiting room was very comfortable and pleasant

I asked for my tires to be rotated a particular way and although they were rotated, it wasn't the way I asked for (I mark a tire because this would not be the first time I have had a service department forget/ignore my request). Also it would appear that my oil level is over the full mark (I'm only guessing here but it only appears to be about 1/4 QT). I realize that these Toyota included services don't bring much in the way of revenue to the service department but they do give your customers a view of how the department is ran. I will most likely adjust the oil level this weekend at home after letting the engine sit overnight and double checking the level in better lighting. I am not upset with anyone in your organization and I will return to Legends Toyota for the 15k service because I believe that anything can be a one-off fluke. It is a pleasure to do business with your service department. Evan is always my first choice when doing business at your dealership. He always makes me feel like a valued customer. He always calls me by name because I come in frequently for service. He always smiles and does whatever it takes to either get me a shuttle if necessary or comes and finds me if I decide to stay during my service. I always feel at ease when I see him. I know I will be taken care of. My needs won’t be disregarded. I appreciate him. He is a great asset to your dealership and the legends team!

My wife was in for a recall on the battery and since we hadn’t replaced it, there was no reason to tell us to come in and then they tried to tell us the battery was dead and he was made my wife feel bad because she didn’t buy one you wanted $208and our Sam’s membership will get us one for 138 . My wife is severely disappointed in your actions by the service manager.
