The Toyota service center is very professional and treats my car like it's theirs I trust taking my Toyota Tacoma to Legends Toyota to have any service work done the service department goes above and beyond

I am confused, thought with the service I had done today I should have received some information about what condition my brakes and tires where in and if my cabin air filter needed to be changed or if I needed a new engine air filter, if my fluids were filled. I was not asked if I wanted an inspection of those things. I would had gladly paid for that service if there was a charge for it. I feel since I didn’t agree to some services that were already preformed at other dealership. I wasn’t given or offered all the services I should have received.

Truck wasn’t ready as time we discussed. Truck showed over 2 hrs late and then needed detailed. Waited another hour and 1/2 for detailing and still didn’t get the predator steps installed. Shop was too busy. Didn’t get help setting up the blue tooth or navigation either. . Everyone that helped were nice, just felt like everyone was too busy to get everything done like I had on my last truck purchase at another dealer. Not sure I will drive the extra miles for my next truck purchase.

Arthur and his trainee (Cole?) were both very helpful, cheerful and a pleasure to work with. We discussed costs for tires and there was no pressure to purchase at the time, which I greatly appreciated.
