Josh, the manager on duty, was great to me. I arrived at 0705 and somehow my vehicle got lost in the queue of those that were getting serviced. Josh overhead me talking to my wife at 1000 on the phone saying. "I don't know what's taking so long, I hope everything is alright," and he came over, politely said he'd overheard me, and said he would look into things immediately. He explained what happened with the shop and covered my service to make up for the snafu. His approach is exactly the proactive type of response I would hope that employees at my business would have to a customer encountering an issue. 10/10 service. I'll be coming back for another 5 years

I called in for a oil change on the transmission the car indicated and needed to be done at 60,000 miles and a service Flash for a clamp on the fuel system instead I got the oil changed on the engine and the clamp for the fuel system and that took two and a half hours which is ridiculous
