Kyle was first class, same as anyone else I've had the pleasure of interacting with at this dealership. Had a couple questions beyond the normal 5k service and Kyle was attentive to my questions and executed great follow through on the couple things he fleshed out for me.

I had a service campaign performed that ran hours behind what was expected. I do understand things happen however I was coming in because we were getting ready to leave town the next morning and couldn’t spend hours sitting at the dealer. After waiting at the dealer for several hours, I inquired about the status of my vehicle and was offered to shuttle ride home which at least got me home to continue packing and getting ready to leave town the next day. It just would’ve been nice to have been informed before I spent hours waiting at the dealer..

Michael did a great job as my service representative! I had some issues with my Rav after having it serviced Tuesday. He was very accommodating when I had to return Thursday and have other work done. I was very pleased at how I was treated. That is why I bring both of my Toyotas here and have for probably the last 10 years!!!

Other than the wait time had to wait for vehicle to get done I think it was about 1 hour and 35 minutes. I was satisfied with service advisor Michael Jacobsen professionalism
