I’ve now had two experiences with legends Toyota service that tell me that I can trust them to have my back always. When I can walk away from a car dealership with a feeling that someone went out of their way to take care of me, that’s important. Legends Toyota is this dealership! Bryce was great but we still did not get my issues resolved. For the 3rd time, I will still need to bring my car back to the dealership as my electric start via fob will not work nor does my hatch door open/ close properly. It’s very difficult getting me and my car there, while making ride arrangements to and from.

We drive an hour to get to Legends Toyota, bypassing other dealerships because we get the best care for our vehicle. My car gets appropriate service at the time scheduled with polite, knowledgeable staff keeping me informed. It sounds simple, but other dealerships just cannot get it done.
