Way off on promises time. And on top of it didn’t do all the work. Took 2.5 hrs to do an oil change and headlight swap. I keep having these ridiculously long wait times at legends Toyota. It’s very frustrating, and I’m tired of measles discounts to make up for it. $6 savings because you guys missed the mark by 45 mins. Plus missed the mark significantly and did half the work planned. Also watched a guy walk around aimlessly with my keys an hour after I got there and had to help him understand what car was mine.Unsatisfactory experience and lost major portion of my afternoon to get very little work done.
