I was very happy with Jacob and the whole team at Legends Toyota. I live in St. Joseph and tried doing business there but had no luck. After 6 weeks of waiting for them to sell me a car, I drove to Legends. In a week I drove off in the car I was looking for. I appreciated the time Jacob took with explaining my new car’s features and helping me set up the Toyota app. Well done everyone! I will be back!

Kyle was great. System and process wise for us veterans in military or able to get a discount it should be item the system. Which first requiring to ask each time. Then a service agent could could say thanks and we are giving you a discount. Up front. You apply each time anyways. Also consider long time customers and ways to reward loyalty.
