Going to Lawrence this evening my engine light is on as well as the tire pressure light, and oil light. Dealership completely destroyed. The experience that we had at Jay Wolf Toyota. They treated us poorly, didn't do a satisfying job, and we still feel like we were overcharged when we shouldn't have paid so much. You guys were more than fair, very accommodating, and did fantastic work

Staff were friendly, I loved that. My only complaint was at check in I was quoted an hour. Waited my hour and nothing, I check in at 1 hr and 20 min and told they're still working but that's it. At two hours the rep came to talk to me and said they found nothing. Just would have felt more valued as a customer with some time updates. It was quoted one hour and I didn't get my car until 2 hr and 15 min.

I recently bought a Chevy Silverado from legends Toyota. Brought truck in because truck has metal grinding issues on rear brakes. I told Andrew specifically that the rear rotors were grinding and needed to be fixed four days after purchasing the truck. I was told when buying the truck that there was a three month warranty if anything was found wrong with the truck to bring it in and they would fix it. two days later after bringing truck into Andrew. He tells me that they resurfaced the front rotors and grind down the brake pads just a little bit on the front. His technician told him the rear rotors were fine and didn’t need any work. Said the truck was good to go. There was no grinding and the truck should ride much better so I come and pick up the truck. Take it home instantly still hear the metal grinding in the rear. I instantly knew they didn’t look at it Got underneath the truck and looked at the rear rotor on the passenger side rear rotor Saw the groove still in the back of the rotor it was clear to me that nobody looked at it or inspected it. It made me feel. They were just jerking my chain and telling me what I wanted to hear to move this truck. Andrew even told me he drove it himself and said he didn’t hear or feel any grinding and that the truck was good to go. I love the truck, but I’m very displeased on how I’m being treated. Feels like they don’t wanna do anything to fix the problem and just want me out of their way. I immediately drove the truck back to the dealership Friday night. march 14, 2025 never heard a word from them the following day Saturday, March 15, 2025. I don’t understand why it takes so long to make a decision on how to fix a problem on a truck that was on their lot that was supposedly ready for sale. All I want is the minor problems on the truck fixed and I can’t seem to get it done my confidence in their team and the trust is completely shattered.
