The service at this location continues to go downhill. Losing my trust in this Toyota dealership.
Scheduling was quick with good appt options. Checkin was smooth and quick. Followup communication on extra work was well spoken. Check out process and efficient. Overall I was there four hours on the upper limit of expectations but the lobby wifi let me work so no complaints.
1) I expected the cost of a synthetic oil change to be $74.99, but in looking at your website I see that it says *starting at* 74.99. Right at $100 left a little sour taste.
2) I arrived 45 minutes early & Bryce said that the shop was backed up, so he wasn’t sure if they could get me in any sooner—no biggie, I was not in a hurry.
3) After the work was done when I received my “paperwork” I was told everything looked fine. Industry standard used to be that you received an itemized print-out of what items were inspected. But, I have no idea if anything was looked at, other than Bryce saying that my tires were really good. Do you no longer give itemized checklists, so that the customer can know what looks good & what might be troublesome?
4) Bryce was nice to deal with—he communicated well and was friendly. So, I am definitely NOT throwing him under the bus.
5) However, I found during the two hours I was at your dealership that you have far too many inside employees that just kind of wander around, talking to each other—sometimes in groups of 3 and 4. Perhaps more people out in the bays and fewer inside might have gotten me out the door more quickly.
Did you earn my complete satisfaction today? No, not by a longshot.

I had a usual problem and your service was able solve the problem. They handle all aspects in a professional manner.
Appointment at 8:30. Washington told it would take 1-1 1/4 hrs. It took two hours. They don’t restore MID to preferred settings unless I ask. I left a picture of what MID should look like after service. After pulling off the lot I discovered HUD had been turned off. Because I was than an hour behind, I didn’t go back for help. Figured out later how to turn it back on but I shouldn’t have had to take the time and be so frustrated since I am technologically challenged.
With each visit there’s almost always some little thing that frustrates me.

I've brought the my vehicle in 4-5 times for the same issue. Every time I brought it in, I specified what's happening. Then I've gotten the same lame answer, "our technician couldn't find anything wrong. Yet it still happens. It's been going on for last 1.5 years to 2 years. I don't know what else to do.

The costumer service in the front desk was a little rude. I paid for a tire rotation service, but tires were not rotated.

Said oil change would be 1 1/2 hrs, l sat there for 2hrs & 15 minutes. Poor service, l didn't bring it up while there, had to let the steam escape.
Kyle did a great job and was very professional throughout the appointment. He was even kind enough to bring me my coffee mug I accidentally left behind!
