Other than the wait time had to wait for vehicle to get done I think it was about 1 hour and 35 minutes. I was satisfied with service advisor Michael Jacobsen professionalism

Took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation! Also did not receive a point checklist of the various items checked. Used to get a color coded (red, yellow, green) point by point. So I asked for that and Kyle said that they don’t do the color paper check but it should have been sent to phone or email. It wasn’t and I showed him. So I asked about my tires and he said they would have noted if they were not good. He went and checked them for me with a gauge and they were very worn. Yellow on 3 and red on one. Expect better from Toyota service. Kyle was very nice but if you are short mechanics then spread your appointments further apart.

I dropped my truck off Friday morning at 6:45 & let Kyle Montgomery know it was was there. I have the texts to prove it. At 2:00PM, I made several attempts over the next 2 hours to find out what the status was on my Tundra, to no avail. The service manager at Legends Toyota wasn’t even any help. I was planning on going up to the dealership the next morning. But Bryce, from Legends Toyota called me early Saturday morning & asked what was my truck in there for!? I told him the whole story. He apologized & proceeded to take care of business. Thank you Bryce. It all worked out Saturday afternoon, but I think there are some major communication issues in that shop/dealership.

Like most businesses, it seems you are a tad bit short-handed. My original scheduled appointment was 3 days ago. When I showed up I was told there was a 3 hour wait. I was not able to wait so I rescheduled. Upon arrival today there was a longer wait than expected to get someone to check me in. Once the check in occurred everything went just fine. Bryce did a good job
