I brought my car in for the 15k ToyotaCare (Multi-point inspection and tire rotation). My tires were not even rotated. I was lied to and told that they were.

I had an appointment for 7:30 AM. At 10:00 AM I approached the service desk asking what was taking so long. Andrew checked things out and we finally picked up the Tacoma at 10:28 AM. Routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and yearly inspection. An uncommon time frame in my opinion. We also did not receive a customary car wash. Not certain why we had such a long wait.

I waited 3 hour to have my truck inspected. I was told I didn't have the right documents repeatedly and then said there was nothing that can be done. Until I called multiple notaries and was told what was being said was 100% incorrect. After this they had everything they needed and my truck was inspected. Not what I was expecting for my 9AM appointment.

Christian Reynolds is very knowledgeable and professional with everything. He helped me enormously with all the details in order to get both my cars serviced. He even took the time and made the effort to unscrew the corroded attachments in order to take off an old license plate and replace it with the new one, in the middle of all his other duties that day. He is so personable and nice! The mechanic, Donny, always does extraordinary work on my cars, one which is practically an antique, and can be very challeging to repair! I must add that every time I go to Brewer Toyota, everyone is very cordial and professional, including Scott who is very knowledgeable,respectful and kind,as well, and the receptionist is lovely. I wish you all continuïng success!
