Great service by all. Having a shuttle service was the reason I chose this store. I will be back because of the service.
Yeah, everything was great, but they did not wash my vehicle which I was promised anytime it was in for service. It would be automatically washed.
James was great. Always great service at Brewer. I spend most of my time two hours away and still drive home to Brewer when I need to get my vehicle serviced.
I was called twice to pick up my car and when I got there the car was not ready. When I finally went to pick up the car it was displaying electrical issues that it did not have when I dropped it off. I was never updates about the car after I left the second time. This is the second day of work I missed. My car has more issues than when I dropped it off. This is unacceptable.
Andrew was awesome, thank you SO MUCH for your help today. I brought my car in because it had an issue leaving me stranded while traveling and Andrew was extremely attentive, reassuring, and quick with service and communication. I am extremely grateful for him and the team getting me un-stranded and back on the road to my home state.
While Toyota is normally great, lately you ****. My car door handle was falling off and when I made an appointment for someone to look at it they cancelled on me due to technician shortage. Prior to that the day I brought it in like a month ago I told them that and no one took a look. So cancelled on me. Made me drive up there again to have someone just look, book another day and then finally got in to wait for 4 hours today. Scott was fine and apologized but it's not his fault. I also got a little discount but that doesn't help how many times I had to drive up there just for you to fix something. We bought 3 cars from you. 1 cash, I finance and already almost finished paying for it refinance for a newer Highlander and now this. Your service **** lately. And my hubby who bought a Camry cash said it **** now.
My service appointment was totally above my expectations of good service. Scott Meade is an outstanding Advisor and was on top of all work needed and ordered parts needed to have my Highlander completed in the time frame needed. In addition your parts department got those parts in as promised. I must add that the service technician(s) did their hard work in the time frame promised with great results. With Scott Meade overseeing all matters, he made this service feel right. Thank you Scott Meade and thank you Brewer Toyota service techs and parts department!!

Andrew did an excellent job. When one of my hubs broke during the last tire rotation, Andrew replaced it. However, I'm still a bit disappointed with the quality of these hubs and some other features on my 2023 Tacoma.
Andrew was very courteous, efficient, and friendly. Easy to deal with in a customer service business.
