Always great! Keeps me updated throughout, sends digital copies of the multi point inspection, explains everything in a nice and easy way to understand and always looks for coupons to apply to lower the price which is so appreciated.

When Noah learned that I would be waiting for my car, he gave me an estimate of how long it would take and reminded me that I could have a loaner. I had nowhere to go so decided to wait. Noah did a great job and beat his estimate by a half hour.

Great service department. They are all about communicating and providing the 5 star service servicing the customer through the entire experience. From the time they take the car into the garage the communication starts with text messages with on going status. Scott service representative was outstanding! He is all about keeping the customer happy.

The service tech told me not to call, despite the fact I told them my phone does not always work with receiving texts messages or calls from new numbers. So I did not get to pick up my car until 5 pm when it had been completed at 1 pm. And I was only a five-minute walk from the dealership! I was not happy waiting all those hours unnecessarily. Never instruct someone NOT TO CALL. That was very aggravating.
