Came in for inspection and oil change on my 2019 4Runner. My low tire light was blinking. Service guy Andrew told me how much it was to fix the and put in new sensors. I said ok, fix them. I was also getting new tires. Andrew said oh we were able to reset all of the sensors, none are bad. I get 4 new tires. Next day I turn on my car and the tire light was blinking, again. Should have changed the sensors when the tires were off the day before. I’m not going to have 4 new tires ripped back off the wheel to fix the sensor that should have been fixed prior. I guess I will be one of those guys with a light on my dash now… AND I had a big oil spot on my garage floor. Mechanic probably spilled oil down the side of my engine putting new oil in. Never had a drop on my garage floor ever. Very poor performance all around. Give me some money back for my issues at lease. Almost spent $1900 for this headache.

Scott is great - he is extremely attentive and knows what he’s talking about. Mechanics are top notch and seem to actually care about the vehicles and getting good results. Always a pleasure.

Thanks . That demo Tacoma in the showroom was an eye catcher Saw it had about 7 k in. Miles on the odometer ,, Like ice silver,, black folding cap on back .. price was a lot. .. but had me dreaming. Lol

For how expensive the labor charges are, making the customer feel appreciated would be nice. No friendly attitude except for the cashier lady. No explanation of why it took 5 hours of labor. For all the years I've been coming to this location my information is still incorrect even after I confirmed the correct address. You even used to give complintary car wash but I cant even get that anymore. I dont plan on coming back to this location unless im forced to.

Andrew was very considerate to take time to fully explain the issue with my van and my options. He exhibited extraordinary customer service by getting my diagnostic bill waived. What a Christmas surprise! It may have been because I will be selling my old van and am currently purchasing a new vehicle from Brewer. But whatever the reason, I truly appreciated the kindness.
