Service was excellent with the work completed much faster than I expected. Good job.
My service advisor Scott was professional and knowledgeable!
Great service. The team was able to diagnose and fix my vehicle same day. Appreciate the fast reaction time and getting me back in the road. Will be happy to get service here again.
It was a great experience! All of the Toyota staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful. Wonderful experience from start to finish.
Thank you!
Scott was very helpful to ensure all of my Tacoma maintenance needs were completed in the same day before lunch and let me know to pick my Truck up at my convenience. Thanks for a smooth visit!
Scott was my assigned tech the last two visits. I'll look to request him moving forward.
I brought my car in to have the tires rotated and let them know my tire pressure light has been coming on. I left and drove home and my tire pressure light is still on. Problem was not solved.
I had a few different issues when bringing my car in for the routine 5,000 mile service. The staff was polite and professional, the issues tended to be more procedural.
I first dropped my car off on 3/12 for its first Toyota care appointment. Before bringing it in, I received a text from the dealership asking if I had any questions. I replied saying that I had a piece of trim in the sunroof that was falling off and I included a photo in case parts were needed etc. On the day of the appointment, I was unable to even have someone diagnose the sunroof, and was told I'd need to end up making an additional appointment to have that looked at. That turned out to not be a big deal because I was already having to make another appointment to get an external trim piece replaced because someone had clipped the lift with my car. My heart sank because that's the last thing I want to hear about my $40,000+ car only a few months into owning it. The dealership covered it and was professional about it, but I hoped that second appointment would be the end of it.
I made my second appointment for 3/16 and again mentioned the trim in the sunroof. The wing was replaced, however when I came to pick up my car, I was told I'd need to make a THIRD appointment because a part needed ordered. This frustrated me as I was already on my second appointment in less than a week and I had tried to get out in front of the issue. Additionally, the wing needed to be re-attached before I left as there was a gap between the replaced piece and the body.
I scheduled my third appointment for 3/19 and was hoping to put the frustration behind me. I scheduled my appointment for 8 as I had done similarly to both of my prior appointments and said that I'd need the shuttle to pick me back up when the car was done, just as I had done twice before. I didn't get the text that my car had completed check in until 11 AM, and by the time the work was completed after 1, I was told that the shuttle driver wasn't there and had to go take care of something, so I didn't have a ride to come get my car. I was told they'd keep looking for a driver, but weren't sure when they'd be able to pick me up. After having to get a coworker to ride me to the dealership and skipping lunch, needless to say, I was irritable. When I got there, I was told that the dealership was going to wash my car, but didn't because the work they were doing required an adhesive to cure. In my mind, either wash the car, or don't, but don't tell me that you had thought of doing something nice but ended up deciding against it. I'd rather just not have my car washed than be told that it was considered and decided against.
I went into that third appointment with an open mind hoping it would have been better than the first two. Unfortunately, all three appointments left me with a sour taste in my mouth. Again the staff was all very professional and helpful, it just felt that there were some accidents and then some procedural things that really made this a bit of a nightmare to deal with.
I appreciate services, you did a good job
Got a oil change today up on arrival i realized my washer fuel was empty. After completion I realized that my washer fuel was still empty not even a ounce . This will be my last oil change or any service at this location. Always have bad experience at Brewer Airport toyota I only come back because I live up the street.
I am appreciative of the service I had with Scott a Meade . He made the necessary recommendations that was needed for my vehicle.
Thank you and very much !
Thank you for the exemplary service today. Moving to Western Pennsylvania was not on my bingo card. Neither was Covid. I had just purchased a Tacoma 4 x 4 in Seattle and I’m thankful that I had it to drive cross country to come along side of famil. However, the ability to trade it in and get one of the first cameras to roll off the assembly line has been the best decision I’ve made. I’m a long time Toyota fan but everything from the moment of sale to the continued exemplary service raise the bar of excellence. Well done. Exemplary service. Thank you.
You have a very good bunch of workers they are very polite helpful and I didn't have to wait as long as I thought I would have to very good service
Scheduled Service maintenance was on time, with excellent communication from service staff and completed ahead of estimated completion time. Very good service, again!!
Took to long and too expensive....
I am always pleased with the service I receive at Brewer Toyota
A month ago I was there for 90,000 Mike service. It went well. I was informed that there was a recall which I knew about. The person informed me that they needed to order the parts. They also told me that
the earliestAppointment for this recall was March 18 which was today they scheduled it. So I came today. I have approximately 45 minutes to an hour drive. I waited a little over an hour. I was informed that they could not do the recall cause they didn't have the parts. Why
Wasn't I am formed that the parts were not in and save me a trip. I was truly disappointed.
