I was happy with everything except that everytime I get my vehicle back the seat is reset and it doesn’t appear an effort is made to put it back to how to was when it was brought in or at least close to it.

James was very personable, knowledgeable & cleanly dressed. When he delivered our final invoice, he explained it explained he had taken off a loyalty coupon and invited us to come back for any future service needed. He pointed out a phone number to call with questions or issues. Being older folks we appreciate this personalized service. Thank you for retaining him! We love your show room and the lounge we wait in while our vehicle is being serviced. You will have our business for a very long time!

Took my new Camry with 9000 miles to get an oil change. After leaving and driving home they called and said they didn’t refill it with oil. After canceling my meeting I drove back and watched them put 5 quarts of oil in. Not sure how much damage was done to the car. I feel I should be compensated in some way.

Appreciation for all that is done to my vehicle every time! I was surprised to be told that I no longer receive free tire rotations or oil changes- I understood those services to be included through 3 years or 36,000 miles.

The invoice said they did a fluid check but my wiper fluid wasnt touched. Really not a big deal but at the same time it’s a very low cost way to help out someone giving you business. Also trash from the “new” oil sticker (that just messed up my tracking for every 5k miles without actually changing my oil) was left in my car. Just take it out with you man.
