Jennifer is awesome. She goes out of her way to make sure my wife and I are taken care off. She is extremely knowledgeable of vehicles and how they function and on numerous occasions has educated us on different aspects of our vehicles. Always polite, kind and diligent in her capacity as a service representative. She is a real jewel, a tremendous asset to your organization. Pay her well, she is worth millions to the Toyota brand. Mike went way over and above when I needed help. I stopped in to have the air checked in the tires on my wife’s car. The second I shut off the car I realized I didn’t have an extra key fob with me. And I had my little dog, Daisy, with me. Mike offered to take Daisy into the cashiers office to be watched while I walked next door to get the key fob from my wife. When I got back Daisy was ‘working’ with the cashier with her little paws on her desk. Mike and the cashier (I apologize for not getting her name) were exceptional examples of great customer service. I’m glad I got this opportunity to let someone know what good employees they are.

Daniella is my favorite service advisor. It's as if she knows my budget, my vehicle and what's needed to keep me and the Corolla happy. I always heard Toyotas were top notch for reliability. Danielle is a valuable asset who presented me with a bill for almost $1,000 today and I've got zero complaints. Danielle rocks!!
