It was quick and well done. Loved the lobby. Only suggestion is a dog bowl so we can water our dog! Our water bowl was in our car and it was whisked away for great service.

Great job BUT they didn’t clear the service on my read out in the car - so I will have to come back in or live with it telling me I need service- the work was fine as always just a memory lapse I guess

I called Anderson Toyota to inquire about a trouble light regarding sensor. He said I need to bring the car in. I did Monday morning. The person (don’t remember his name) I spoke with had Monday off. Got there late (my fault!) but was told I didn’t have an appointment ???? Mike told me all I needed to do was restart the car to clear the trouble light. We live in Mohave Valley so it was time wasted.

The service is outstanding, Mr. Jose Chavez is very professional. He explained any recommendations for the vehicle and the service was performed in a timely manner, just as he said it would be. It’s always a good experience when I have my vehicle service there ,where I also bought it at ..thank you.

I contacted Toyota Care after the dealership said I had to get a subscription Toyota Care said to do the update to the maps and it could correct the problem with my weather app. Danielle said they would order it and she would call me back. I dropped my car off early this morning. No mention of any cost Toyota Care said it was covered under my warranty for 60 months or 60,000 miles. Danielle later says it cost $350 and it won’t fix it. Devon came out and tried to work with me on the app. He deleted a lot of things off my phone nothing works. My weather still doesn’t work and I’m going to spend about an hour and a half of my own time trying to fix what he deleted not very happy.
