Danielle was outstanding. Went beyond the call of duty After tech said there was nothing he could do, she looked at camera in a similar vehicle and saw difference. Accompanied me to my vehicle and we figured out the problem and how to fix the problem

No one called me to let me know my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up then when I called for the shuttle they said the driver was already out and would be at my house to pick me up shortly. When I called for an ETA 20 minutes later the service advisor told me they had to bring the people back to Toyota then come back to get me (which I love all the way across town about 20 minutes). I did not have 40 minutes to spare because I had to get to work so I had to find another way out to get my car. Had I known when my car was ready I could have arranged for transportation.

Not a fan of your place anymore. I've gone there since 2009. My appointment for an oil change was 8:30 am. Wasn't finished until 11:15. We've waited long enough for service to get better. Your last chance with us. Why would I wait that long and pay the prices you charge and put up with all the sales harassment? I'm going to find somewhere else to do maintenance!
